Gary Wolfe, a sixth generation (third generation on this property) connoisseur, grower and bottler of olive oil, is passionate about his roots and how they have impacted his life. From early on down to his own family, Gary has discovered the jewel that is imparted from olives.
Tassajara Valley Wolfe Family Estate Olive Oil is handcrafted. All olives are grown on Gary’s own property representing 26 acres in the Tassajara Valley, of the San Francisco Bay Area. His olives are picked by hand, or finger picked with the love of family, then bottled and enjoyed by young and young-at-heart, throughout California. “To think it all started with just one tree…”
Wolfe Family Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a light taste, and is excellent for bread-dipping, cooking, and is a treat when received as a gift.
